Abstract

The study aimed to identify the personal behaviors possessed by company leaders to achieve entrepreneurship, combined with the level of job commitment possessed by employees at the Karbala Cement Factory, and their role in reducing employee defeatist behavior. To verify this, the descriptive-analytical method was used, represented by the questionnaire form, its distribution, and the analysis of the related results.. The research sample amounted to (136) workers, and the statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The study proved that there is a significant correlation between the study variables, and at a very high percentage, and that the effect was high, explaining more than 80%, with the remainder attributed to other factors outside the scope of the study. The study recommended that the company's management should promote openness to ways that limit defeatist behavior, including obtaining competent leaders who can enhance its pioneering position and who have the ability to study and understand those behaviors, and the necessity for the company's management to search for mechanisms that help it increase interest in employees and support the factors that promote this
