The impact of knowledge sharing on organizational sustainability

Analytical research in the Ministry of Science and Technology of Iraq

Abstract

The research aims at measuring the level of the impact of knowledge sharing on organizational sustainability. The sample consisted of (162) individuals in the center of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Baghdad city. The research community consists of departments, units, divisions and employees. The research on questionnaire was adopted as a main tool in collecting data and information, The data were analyzed and the hypothesis of influence was tested using appropriate statistical tools such as arithmetical mean and standard deviation to measure the level of variables in the ministry and regression paths to test the effect using AMOS. The results showed the validity of the research hypotheses, The results are that the exchange of knowledge of employees and the accumulation of knowledge and information and free access to the information required to accomplish various work with the encouragement of senior management of the employees of the organization investigated all factors conducive to the sustainability of the Organization.
