Some personal and functional characteristics and their impact on the management of tourism sector crises

(Field study in the Tourism Foundation)

Abstract

     This  research focuses on the personal and functional futures of the departments  directors  in Tourism Foundation  . It also focuses on the impact of these features on the style of crisis management that the tourism sector has faced . The data were collected to know these features and crisis management level through interviews and questionnaire distributed to a number of departments’ directors in The Tourism Foundation . After identifying the collected data statistically , The researcher proved that the adopted hypothesis of the research is not true in all its variables except one variable –the number of training courses .According to the former results , the researcher has reached to number of conclusions and recommendations
