The application of total quality management in private schools and its role in improving job performance from the point of view of principals

Abstract

The research aims to identify the principles of total quality management represented by (commitment of senior management, strategic planning, customer satisfaction, improving the educational process) and their role in improving job loyalty by surveying the opinions of a sample of principals in private schools in Akkar governorate, which amounted to (102) principals by adopting a questionnaire Electronic as a main tool in data collection. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between the principles of total quality management and the promotion of job loyalty in the schools in question. And because quality in education is linked to the learning and teaching processes, as well as to management, in order to link education with the needs of society, bring about a meaningful educational change and build a creative educational generation. After careful study of this research, we made some suggestions and recommendations.
