The effect of organizational intelligence on intrinsic abilities

The Search aimed to identified the relationship of correlation and impact between (Organizational intelligence and core competencies), The research applied in first class Hotels in Baghdad. The sample represented a number of hotels ( 42 ) The questioner used as the main tool in the research to collect data, which included (12) questions, then the answered have analyzed to get the final finding for the research through using asets of statistic methods arithmetical mean, standard deviation, coefficicut of variation by (SPSS) software. Then the research seeks to examine the Main hypothesis for the relationship of correlation and impact between research variable, the search finding out a sets of conclusions and the most are: The Hotels Organizations had the ability to create a knowledge and flowing it among the Mangers who work in administrative levels due to have a culture among then and core competencies which to creat and deploy a knowledge, prepare training program to acquire in progressed way. The research as resulting a sets of recommendations are: Interesting in acquiring a knowledgement and increased its abilities on variation that happened in the hotels organization, then respond to it effective way by using scientifically methods, the proper or suitable ways and using core competencies to enhance performance in the current circumstances.
