Abstract

The research aims to identify the most important practices of directing human resources in banks and their role in achieving the quality of service provided by the Ashur International Bank for Investment, and the problem of the research lies in the weak employment of banks in general and Ashur International Bank in particular for the guidance elements represented (leadership, communication, and motivation) and their role in Achieving the quality of the searched bank's services.

The most important research findings are the weak adoption of the center and museum of natural history for both after contact and motivation, and this means that the banking neglects the two most important dimensions in the orientation process, namely communication and motivation and its negative impact on the process of achieving the quality banking of the service, This confirms the necessity of increasing the interest of the research center in each of the dimensions of communication and motivation, by providing communication technology, and increasing the guidance associated with material or moral rewards that encourage employees to improve the quality banking of the services provided to visitors.
