Dimensions of transformational leadership and its relationship to organizational creativity
Abstract
This research deals with the subject of "The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Innovation" analytical study at a state company for Electrical Industries. The research aim to answering the following main question:
What's the relationship between dimensions of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Innovation .And to achieve the objective of the study the researcher used descriptive analytical approach.
The research has been applied and test statistically by developed a special questionnaire of a sample from managers at this company. A connection and effector elation has been found between the two variables.
